I have every intention of keeping a dark background with light text. As a user of a LCD-TV-as-Monitor, dark text on light background fails me too often. Black on white is bearable, but much harder on the eyes than off-white on a medium-dark grey page. That's probably where we will land, not too far off the previous color scheme (unless I catch a bunch of flak from the other guys) Thanks Steven. Can’t begin to tell you how many web sites have been ruined by going to an essentially WHITE background, such as AnandTech, ArsTechnica, just to name a couple of prominent sites I no longer bother to visit for that very reason.
